{"id":1199,"date":"2016-05-03T17:09:28","date_gmt":"2016-05-03T17:09:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bamboopursuits.com\/?p=1199"},"modified":"2016-05-03T17:09:28","modified_gmt":"2016-05-03T17:09:28","slug":"fly-fishing-the-yakima-river-in-central-washington","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bamboopursuits.com\/?p=1199","title":{"rendered":"Fly Fishing the Yakima River in Central Washington"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After attending the 2016 Washington Fly Fishing Fair in Ellensburg, Washington this past Friday and Saturday, I had Sunday off to play around on the water.\u00a0 I hit the\u00a0Troutwater Fly Shop in Cle Elum to get info about access and water conditions on the Yakima River.\u00a0 Kudos to the shop staff&#8230;they were very friendly and knowledgeable, and were extremely helpful in pointing me towards access points on\u00a0the river.\u00a0 After that, it was all up to my skills and abilities to find cooperative fish.\u00a0 The water is still running high and a little &#8216;coldish&#8217;
