Wow, we got out yesterday on the Lower Deschutes River.\u00a0 Salmon flies on all the bushes along the banks\u00a0but\u00a0none were flying.\u00a0 And, we tried hard with Salmon Fly nymphs as well as dries and couldn’t raise a single fish.\u00a0 Fortunately, the rainbows were in the mood for smaller nymphs so we still caught several nice fish.\u00a0 But, here is a “Salmon Fly Photo Essay” from yesterday.<\/p>\n

I saw this guy in about a foot of water looking like he wanted to climb out.<\/p><\/div>\n
