Dave, loved the video of you fishing on the McKenzie. Which of your rods were you using? I could tell from the pictures what an easy rod it was to cast, and I was a little surprised a 7 1/2 ft rod would do that well casting from a boat.

Glad you enjoyed the video. I was using one of my FreeStone Series Medium-Fast Action rods – 7 1/2 ft 5wt 2 piece. The action works well for may different situations, including from a drift boat.
